I had an appointment at Mavis and still ended up waiting over 2½ hours just to have four brand-new tires installed. When I finally left, I checked my Subaru app and found that the tire pressures were 41, 40, 40, and 42 PSI, even though Subaru recommends 33 PSI in the front and 32 PSI in the rear. It’s disappointing that something as basic as setting the correct tire pressure wasn’t done before returning my vehicle. Long wait times are frustrating enough, but not taking the extra minute to inflate the tires to the manufacturer’s specifications shows a lack of attention to detail. I expected much better service and quality control. I won’t be returning.

My recent experience at this location was excellent. They were kind, Professional, and very attentive. I met Anthony, the store manager was very nice and so helpful as well as Chris and Trey who were both assistant managers. I’ve used Mavis in the past and I will continue to use Mavis as my go to for tires and any mechanical work.

I had such an amazing experience at this Mavis location and really wanted to recognize Nick, Tee, Chris, and the shop manager, Anthony. I came in with a serious brake issue at a time when I was already feeling very overwhelmed, and they treated me with so much kindness, patience, and compassion. Nick, in particular, went above and beyond in a way I will never forget. He took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me understand what was happening with my car, and handled the situation with a level of care and humanity that meant more to me than I can put into words. Tee and Chris were also incredibly kind and caring, and Anthony, the shop manager, has clearly created an atmosphere where people feel seen, respected, and treated with genuine compassion. What stood out most was the way they treated me as a person, not just another customer. They were professional, honest, thoughtful, and genuinely human in the best possible way in a moment when I really needed that. Over the years, I have learned that when a business has people like this working there, it usually says something about the values of the place itself. Had a slow leak in one tire. They checked it out. Found nothing. They did show me on tire with leak & other 2 tires and how they are wearing (outlined in white) and recommended being replaced. Gave me quote which included a tire alignment. Did not order tires today. Unsure about what tire brand to go with and also how long we will be keeping this vehicle for. Very accommodating, knowledgeable staff and friendly. Was in and out approximately an hour.
